Refund policy

Any orders cancelled prior to 72 hours of delivery date will be entitled to a full refund (minus credit card and administration fees), or be offered a credit note if preferred for future catering. Any credit notes are to be used within 6 months of the date of issue.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your delivery date are non-refundable.
