Important Information

Please read the below Important Information carefully, prior to confirming and placing your order with Mapleton House.

  1. Our boards must be cleaned and available for pick up within 48 hours after the initial delivery time. A $100 bond will be charged with your order, and will be refunded upon pick up.
  2. Due to the nature of our made to order menu, as well as our supplier requirements, there is a minimum of $100 per order
  3. Please select a delivery time which leaves you with ample time for your guests to arrive. If selecting a Board, and you don’t have a fridge large enough to store, please choose a time closer to the event start time.
  4. Any orders cancelled prior to 48 hours of delivery date will be entitled to a full refund, or be offered a credit note if preferred for future catering.
  5. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to delivery will be offered a 50% refund (plus any delivery fees).
  6. Cancellations made the day of delivery will be subject to payment in full.
  7. Cheese knives, plates, and utensils are not provided. Disposable cutlery and napkins may be purchased with each product.
  8. We like to use selected items & products that are at their freshest, and in season. Our board & box platters may differ from time to time based on seasonality, or supplier availability.
