Important Information
Please read the below Important Information carefully, prior to confirming and placing your order with Mapleton House.
- Our boards must be cleaned and available for pick up within 48 hours after the initial delivery time. A $100 bond will be charged with your order, and will be refunded upon pick up.
- Due to the nature of our made to order menu, as well as our supplier requirements, there is a minimum of $100 per order
- Please select a delivery time which leaves you with ample time for your guests to arrive. If selecting a Board, and you don’t have a fridge large enough to store, please choose a time closer to the event start time.
- Any orders cancelled prior to 48 hours of delivery date will be entitled to a full refund, or be offered a credit note if preferred for future catering.
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to delivery will be offered a 50% refund (plus any delivery fees).
- Cancellations made the day of delivery will be subject to payment in full.
- Cheese knives, plates, and utensils are not provided. Disposable cutlery and napkins may be purchased with each product.
- We like to use selected items & products that are at their freshest, and in season. Our board & box platters may differ from time to time based on seasonality, or supplier availability.
