How far in advance am I required to order my catering?
All of our menu is made fresh, and prepared once your order is received. For us to do this successfully, a minimum of 72 hours will be required between order and delivery. Any orders for Monday delivery, MUST be placed before 12pm on the Thursday prior.
Is there a minimum order?
Due to the nature of our made to order menu, as well as our supplier requirements, there is a minimum order on a per person basis. Each category will show what the minimum requirement is for that order.
Can we substitute items in our boxes or platter?
We can offer substitutions to dietary requirements, but unfortunately changes to the menu altogether we can not provide.
How do I place an order?
You can place your order by emailing us at hello@mapletonhousecatering.com.au with all the details necessary for your event, or through our easy online enquiry form
How is payment taken?
Once you place your order, you will be sent an invoice with payment details. Alternatively, if you use MHC on a regular basis, we can set you up as a customer and issue you with an invoice/statement that can be paid weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
This can be sent directly to your accounts team if preferred.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. All of our prices are GST inclusive.
